Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Erman Bağbakan ("Developer") and you ("End-User") only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Masraf Yaz - Fiş Tarayıcı application ("Application") and its content.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content. This Agreement may not provide for usage rules that are less restrictive than the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service, except that the Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Masraf Yaz is a mobile application that scans your receipts via camera or photo gallery using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and helps you track your expenses. The Application offers both on-device (Apple Vision Framework) and cloud-based (Google Cloud Vision API) OCR options.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you upload to the Application (receipt images, expense information, etc.). You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the Application in any unauthorized manner.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
Masraf Yaz Premium subscription is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscription fees are charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings after purchase. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

6. AD-REWARDED SCAN CREDITS
Users without a Premium subscription may earn a limited number of Cloud OCR scan credits by watching rewarded ads. These credits can be accumulated but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ad delivery is provided by third-party ad networks through Appodeal, an advertising mediation platform that integrates multiple ad networks including Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and others.

7. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

8. WARRANTY
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.

9. PRODUCT CLAIMS
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim. All intellectual property rights in the Application and its content (including design, code, graphics, and logos) are reserved by the Developer.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. THIRD PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application, including but not limited to your wireless data service agreement.

13. THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

14. DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY

When you use the Cloud OCR option, your receipt images are sent to the Google Cloud Vision API for text recognition purposes. Images are not permanently stored and are used solely for text extraction.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Application is provided "as is." Due to the nature of OCR technology, text recognition may contain errors. You are advised to verify the accuracy of scan results. We accept no liability for damages arising from inaccurate OCR results. The Application makes no guarantees regarding interruptions, errors, or data loss.

16. CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice. Updated terms will be accessible from within the Application or on our website. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

17. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate this Agreement.

18. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
